A team of experienced bilingual professionals who became consultants after having developed during decades, core competencies as employees working in strategic assignments for large international corporations.
How Do We Work?
We rely on natural intelligence. We visit our potential clients to experiment their company culture, know the stakeholders, learn about their technology and purpose. Before returning to draft a diagnostic and a service proposal, we sign their proposed NDA.
What We Do?
We write a sequence of interrelated issues dealing with legal, culture, taxes. We bring on board team members with the expertise as required. And work with our clients through a jointly developed timeline with weekly updates reports.
Our History
1970-1994
Our founders were corporate employees for multimillion American companies as they established new business operations in Brazil, China, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, and Peru. Then they became independent consultants.
1994-2010
Our founders groomed a team of bilingual experts and helped corporations to launch new business operations in several Mexican states through site selection services, business incubations, recruitment and training of new hires, and coaching expats.
2010-2023
American manufacturing companies asked us to help them sell or distribute their US-made products to large retail chains or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) already operating in Mexico. Others asked us to qualify and outsource manufactured parts.
2024
We opened this new consulting firm in San Antonio to be closer and expeditiously travel to meet our clients in their premises, discuss their projects, and assess their capabilities to tap into new markets beyond the Mexican borders.
